1. An evening with differently able women.
What kind of idea do you have about differently abled people, specially women…???
Wow..!!! It was great chance to spent an evening with such people at Sukitha vocational training school, Horana on the 9th October from 3.00 p.m. to 7.00p.m. Eight club members and our Leo advisor could take this valuable chance to see how they live.
Not only that but also, lions and lion ladies of Lions club of Horana Metro and Lions club of Mid city dedicated their time for being with us.
One prospect could take place for the event to support us and to know who are leos actually.
It’s necessary to remind that all the food items were donated by lions and leos.
2.Health Campaign.
“Arogya Paramaa Laabhaa” – Healthiness is the profit of life.
A medical campaign was held at Naragala Sri Visuddaramaya on the 10th of October as a joint project with lions Club of Horana Metro. Three leos participated to give a good support for our parents, our lions.
Our advisor was there to show us the way and it was very happy to work with fifteen lions.
