It’s a great pleasure to write this message at the inauguration of our leo website and i am grateful for you all for inviting me to do that.
I regard this wonderful moment as a first step forward and a great achievement of our leo club as we had done it with a short period of time. I  think the website will help us in a significant manner in our forward march and in fulfilling our mission.
I am very proud that our leos have achieved immense  success within a span of one year  after the club was re-established. That shows the high standard of dedication and commitment towards the club.
Actually a vision is not enough to achieve greater things. The collective effort and the efficiency are the key points to achieve success.
I should emphasize the fact that I am a satisfied men as I have guided them and they are today showing signs of going to greater heights and I know that they have all capabilities to achieve the objectives of the club.
I wish them all the success in their future endeavors.

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Welcome to the official website of Leo Club of Horana Metro-District 306 A2.It gives me lots of pleasure to write a few words in this website on this special moment.
Last year the commitment of the club members was rewarded with the Best New Leo Club Award which raised our morals high. With the excellent commitment of our club members we were able to reach for 4 awards in the fiscal year 2009/2010 under the strong leadership of Leo Laksri.
The coming year will be a very special year for all of us as Leo Club of Horana Metro will brightly shine among all other Leo clubs highlighting it strengths and talents to all others in the Leo Movement. Leo Club of Horana Metro will provide a benchmarking standard for all other Leo clubs with its most valuable resource , the committed members.
The club will work in  such a way that they will grab all the opportunities in the external environment and taking the maximum advantage of its strengths with the helping hand of its Parent’s Lions Club, Lions Club of Horana Metro.
As the President of this year I assure that I’ll lead the club towards its success through betterment of our society.

IT DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE

After the year of reforming and establishing, finally our ultimate dream comes true with the award, Best New Leo Club of the year 2009/2010.We certainly deserve it and this has certainly raised our mortals high. Along the way, we could achieve much more things than expected. As the director of IT, I’m greatly privileged to deliver this message, on behalf of the Leo club of Horana Metro.
The objective of this valuable website is to present talented performances of our Leos, to providing the opportunity for development of its members, and to promote the club. This website will make the members keep in touch with our Leo club activities and I’m certain that it will be an excellent media for sharing the humanitarian endeavors of our club with the non Leos to motivate them to join leoism. In addition to all this the primary objective of this website is to build an internal relationship with Leo clubs of all over the world. Everyone can register in our forum. At the moment I thank everyone who works hard to achieve this. As you helped in the past, stay with us towards the future!
